  • CAD capabilities with state of the art analysis software, such as Ansys, Unigraphics and Solid Edge.
  • We have the capability to communicate with any major CAD program. This capability allows us to work seamlessly with our customers for flawless integration of our products into the customers’ application.
  • Lincoln Composites takes a leadership role in industry regulations and standards. Our engineers actively participate on many of the various working groups of national and international standards related to the natural gas industries and we view these standards as a vital tool in ensuring all manufacturers are following a benchmark that maintains safe and reliable products are being offerred to the marketplace.

Manufacturing:

  • Lincoln Composites has an unsurpassed filament winding expertise that sets us apart from our competitors.
  • We have multiple custom designed, state of the art filament winding machines with proprietary software specifically designed by Lincoln Composites. This equipment is some of the fastest filament winding machines in the world, thus allowing efficiency in our throughput which translates to cost competitiveness in our pricing.
  • We have a state of the art, manufacturing facility utilizing the latest in RFID technology and customized machines.

Testing:

  • In-house testing includes hydrostatic proof, leak testing, and cycle and burst capabilities. Lincoln Composites also can perform drop testing, environmental and resin testing.

Training & Support:

  • Lincoln Composites has Technical Customer Service engineers on staff to provide full time technical field service support. We were the first in the industry to recognize the need for a training program for our customers and end users and we developed our own training program with inspection manual.
  • This program is designed to help customers inspect for and evaluate damage specifically for our TUFFSHELL® fuel tanks and modular storage systems.
